PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk or Mitratel won the 2022 Indonesia Public Relations Award (IPRA): Creating Impact for The Better Future sebagai Best Public Relations in Company Strategy on Strengthening the Synergy of Telecommunication Services. This award is the highest appreciation given by Warta Ekonomi to Mitratel’s public relations who have an excellent role and function in improving the quality of the company amidst increasingly tight industrial competition and Indonesia’s economic conditions which are starting to improve.
CEO & Chief Editor of Warta Ekonomi Muhamad Ihsan explained that Mitratel continues to publish innovations in the synergy of digitalization with the development of the telecommunications industry through CRM applications, where this system is called PIN1SI which is able to provide information about the condition of tower equipment and other supports and is integrated with all company stakeholders.
Ihsan further said, “We also assess that Mitratel continues to synergize for the development of the digital ecosystem both for society and for business activities, by expanding fiber optic service coverage to 6,000km in 5 provinces and transformative strengthening of the business portfolio through Mitratel’s corporate action with Telkomsel regarding ownership 4,000 units of telecommunications towers mean that these things have been communicated well by Mitratel”

This award is based on an in-depth research process using several methods. One of them is using the desk research method to look at company performance during 2021.
Apart from that, it uses a media monitoring method through content analysis which can be seen from various positive sentiments that appear in mainstream media and social media.
Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure. Currently, Mitratel has more than 28,000 towers spread throughout Indonesia.
