PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk or known as Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which operates to provide telecommunication infrastructure. Mitratel has been working on providing and managing telecommunication towers since 2008. Currently, Mitratel has managed more than 35.418 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. Every cellulcar operators in Indonesia have become tenants by placing their BTS devices in Mitratel towers.

Herlan Wijanarko graduated with a bachelor's degree at the Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Electrical Engineering in 1983 and continued his master's degree at the College of Business Management majoring in Business Management in 2001.
