Gender Pay
The implementation of equal opportunities in work is implemented at Mitratel as a form of the Company’s compliance with Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment and Law Number 21 of 1999 concerning Ratification of ILO Convention No. 111 Concerning Discrimination in Respect of Employment and Occupation (ILO Convention Concerning Discrimination in Employment and Occupation), as well as Guidelines for Equality and Non-Discrimination in the Workplace in Indonesia from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration.
